My Ps4 slim is too loud because of that I have disassembled it and wanted to get the fan under the gray plate but I can't get it on some places because instead of screws there are black nopes. What should I do?!

"Pry off" the knobs with a flat screwdriver

A knife would be better because it is even flatter
