PS4 lock before play after the primary set?

I have a problem with my ps4 are a lock before the games even though I bought and own them through my account and only play through my account where I bought them

I set my profile to primary on my sister on ps4 before I turned on the console

What can I do now?

How long does that normally take?

Basically wait 0-48h, try to restore licenses in the settings
