So my problem is this:
A long while ago, a buddy logged into my account so we could share a game. But that was more than half a year ago and since then I have been able to use my Ps4 normally (except, of course, when it was his turn to gamble) and there were never any problems. Suddenly, I can no longer connect my Ps4 to the Internet via a LAN cable and it is a lock in front of EVERY application.
Normally I would have to reactivate my Ps4 as the primary Ps4. However, there's always something wrong with the internet connection, although nothing has changed. I live in a dormitory and can only play via LAN and everything works fine on my PC. So I can neither connect to the internet nor activate my Ps4 as primary…
What is so strange is that both of them came up as a problem at the same time and that just like that overnight (so the evening before we played together) …
He deactivated my account (before my eyes) and did everything to make it work again… But nothing has changed anyway.
Did someone have the same problem or can I help?
So what I would try the first time would be the cables and whether everything on the PS4 itself is okay, then set up the Internet again (just go to Settings> Network> Set up Internet and everyone should be able to do the rest) if that doesn't work either then ask the support and if that doesn't really help, check whether you still have the guarantee and then have it repaired.
The locks come from the fact that the games probably come from the ps store and you can only check with the internet whether you still own the games or something.
