PS4 lock? How is it going away

I've had my friend's account for about a few weeks. Everything was going pretty well. I took a game from him and after a few more weeks there was a lock on the application. He passed the game on to his friend and I already knew that I would otherwise get a lock. So I asked my friend to delete his friend's account. He did it but I still have a lock? I put my PS4 on primary but the lock stayed. I restored the licenses on both accounts but everything stays as it is. Can someone explain this to me please?

I think you have to re-download the game in the PSN shop. Well, I had something like that once.
