I was in the PSN store yesterday, and I was looking for Batman. There I got Batman Arkham Origins for 0.01 euro (you can check it yourself). It said that the game is compatible with the PS3. I have also seen LEGO Batman from 2008. Can I download these games and play on PS4?
No you can't, Ps3 games do not run on Ps4.
You are probably an Xbox player, of course PS3 games run on the PS4, this is a service and costs 15 euro a month, then you have all the known games to choose from and can play what you want.
