In GTA 5 I can't buy new weapons and I do not have any special vehicles in the garage (Ps4, story)?

I recently bought GTA 5 and noticed that I do not have a special vehicle in the garage of Franklin zb (not even the elegy) there's about the Playstation store for new downloadable content should look out. In addition, I can't buy new weapons z.b the railgun, there's the same. I can even select the weapon in Ammo Nation but the weapons are invisible and there's that with the Playstation store. What is meant by that and how can I get the weapons and vehicles? (The game is on the latest version)

You can't just buy everything at the beginning. Depending on how far you are in the story, weapons and other things are always released. Depends entirely on the progress of the game.
