That does not work. The basis is an x86 / AMD64 chip but the GPU is e.g. It is not connected via PCIe but is soldered to the board, it also uses, similar to an IGP, the working memory of the processor, which here consists of GDDR5 memory modules. Also soldered.
The CPU is also BGA and an octacore based on AMD Jaguar cores would also be quite out of date these days, and the GPU is no longer up to date.
Well, it doesn't work and it wouldn't make sense even if it did.
