Except weapons and armor was not transferred Destiny 2?

I have previously transferred my Ps4 account at Desteiy via Cross Save to my Steam account. My character was transferred, as were shaders and inventory, but no weapons and armor. Could you please help me? I did everything as it was shown there. My vault is also completely empty.

Well there you can only contact the support if they can do what they think but rather not you will have to earn new. But everywhere was that you should do it before so before Steam Removal not if Shadowkeep is already there. Because if you do it after it can cause problems and mistakes.
