Another Origin account with the same games for brother?

My brother and I bought FIFA 21 for the PC. I started playing (Ultimate Team) and then my brother wanted to play, but he wanted his own Ultimate Team and not mine. Is there any way he can get his own Ultimate Team? Because on PS4 it's possible that you can have different users. If not that would be a shame.

That with the different Origin accounts will not work as only the one who bought it can play the game, and games can't be transferred to or shared with another account.

The only possibility that occurs to me spontaneously is that you deactivate the cloud storage for the saved games in the Origin Launcher. Then your brother needs his own local user account on your computer (or you can manage the save files manually using the file explorer), and then all offline data should be different for both of you. I don't know to what extent EA stores certain game progressions outside of Origin on their own servers, so I can't guarantee this method will work.
