How can I restore my .PSN acc?

I'm trying to recover my password from my psn account but I don't know the date of birth so I have no way of recovering the account but I have access to the Gmail address of the account can someone help me?

You need the date of birth or the security question to restore your account. Did you forget your own birthday? Otherwise you can call the Playstation Support and you have to prove that the account is yours. Your email doesn't do you any good.
