Since my Wi-Fi modem is in the other room, I connected the PC to the adapter via LAN cable. Now I would also like to connect my PS4 via LAN cable, for that I would need a second adapter. Is it now possible to plug the 2nd adapter into the 1st, so that from the 1st the Lan cable leads to the PC and from the 2nd the Lan cable to the PS4?
This is nonsense.
The second PL adapter would filter out the signal from the first before modulating its own signal.
Instead, put a switch in front of it.
That would be counterproductive.
Better buy a network switch and connect the PC and PS4 to it.
If your Powerline system supports multiple Powerline adapters, this shouldn't be a problem.
But if I were you, I would just get an Ethernet switch. They are available at gigabit speeds starting at 15 euro.
Do you have a link from such a switch for me?
Can you send me a link of something like that?
Enter in Google: "ethernet switch 5port" and choose one.
They are available for less than 10 euro, especially since most routers already have 4 LAN outputs. That only without a router, with a lane entrance is a switch. A LAN distribution box

You only need a pure switch.
You don't need a router.
I only write this without a router!
But my problem is different: I currently have my modem connected to an adapter so that the internet is passed on via the power. There's another adapter on the socket in the other room, from which a LAN cable leads to the computer? I would need a second LAN connection on this adapter in order to be able to connect the PS4 with the 2nd LAN cable.
what do I have to do there?
That would be the first search result on Amazon:

But best, you are looking for one yourself!
Do you have 3 variants
So buy a switch a LAN distributor. It comes to the Lan output from the 2nd adapter from there a Lan to the PC a Lan to the PS4
or a Dlan adapter that has two Lan outputs instead of one
Or on the PC a Wi-Fi stick (if the adapter can Wi-Fi) and lead the LAN cable from the PC to the PS4.
So do I connect the switch with the adapter via LAN cable? And in one of the 5 slots?
Let's do it differently
You have a
Socket on the
2. Adapter that comes
the lankabel ran, that goes into the
Switch (min 2 outputs) from that then
1 LAN cable to the PC and the 2 LAN cable to the PS4 goes
Switch is available with 2 to… Outputs. A short Lan cable is possible to connect the adapter and the switch. Very good.
