Insurance pays compensation in case of power failure?

As recently the power was gone for a few seconds and unfortunately I gambled at that moment, of course my PS4 is affected by the power failure. Theoretically, it should / should not be broken (I have not tested it yet) but if it does, can the home insurance then compensate for what? Also generally with electrical devices?

ka

No device breaks down.

A few years ago, the lightning hit a neighbor and as a result the microwave broke down. It was then paid / replaced by the insurance company

Still does not answer my question.

PS: Of course devices can break something like that. Not for nothing is the PS4 a warning if you simply pulled out the plug.

Um… In case of power failure, the household pays only something like replacement accommodation or damage by defrosting the refrigerator… But since electrical appliances rarely fail to ever fail due to power failure (why also? Is a discharge!), That is something not guaranteed to be covered. So I do not have something in it.

Lightning strikes are covered.

But I also have data loss in it and so on.

Jo

This has nothing to do with the hardware, but with data loss, which can be remedied by initialization.

Hmm, but still panic with it. Some also describe that their PS4 was no longer concerned.
