Sound problem with Ps4 after a power failure?

After I played and there was a power failure, I registered again and I plugged in my headset but I can only hear something in one ear. In addition, after a day it was so loud that I can no longer hear anything from my headset but only from the TV. I don't know what to do because I've already cleaned them.

Sounds more like the headset has something.

Already played with the sound settings on the ps4? Do you connect the headset to the controller or to the ps4?

Or try the headset somewhere else or another headset / headphones on the ps4

I plug the headset into the controller and before the power failure everything worked perfectly. I already tested the headset on a PC and it was normal there.

And another tested on ps4? (also go earplugs / headphones from the cell phone)

Yes, I have already done that because the others were only in the left ear. I then tested them on the pc and they were back to normal.

Hmm yes you can be at the controller but I also have something similar.

When I chat with friends, I only hear them on the left ear, but when I listen to music, I hear them on both.

Have then ever changed controllers and brought nothing.
