Does that make the liability insurance?

Our television broke down because of my little brother, the liability insurance paid for it, recently my mainboard was broken because of a crash, a repair would cost more than the Playstation. Pay the liability insurance 2 things at once or 1 month after that something new again or has a kind of break.

They are going to investigate if this is not an attempted insurance fraud. Otherwise, they will terminate the contract.

In the same household the liability pays nothing -
neither for the TV nor the motherboard

Of course they paid for the TV, we have a special one.
