Assemble a good PC for 500 euro (with used parts)?
I would like to assemble a PC, but unfortunately I have less idea of the whole components (what I have to pay attention to, which is good, etc.). It can also be used parts because I have heard / read that you can get there for little money can put together a pretty decent PC. My budget would be around 500 euro.
What do I need the PC for:
Mostly for gaming on the PS4, watch YouTube but also if I feel like LOL or such games.

That's true. However, there are many gaming PC offers used with a 4790k and that is simply great for the prices. Of course there are also ryzen pcs which are better but rarely found ^^
