Controller does not connect? - 1

So I reset my PS4 and jz don't want to connect both of my controllers they light up orange and when I press the start button it flashes white for a short time but the controller does not connect and lights up orange again. Does anyone know how I can solve this?

Connect another cable?

You don't need to delete anything. Your controller just doesn't find your ps4. Connect your controller to a cable and the other end of the cable to the ps4 so that the controller is connected to the ps4 with a cable then it should work again even if you disconnect it from the cable
