Is the HDMI cable plugged in correctly?

If necessary, unplug it once and then plug it in again.

Restart your PS5 and check HDMI

Maybe the HDMI cable is defective. Put it right in and if it doesn't work then I would exchange it.

This is not the HDMI cable as many say here, but the software or the hardware.

What can be seen in the picture is unfortunately not that unusual on the Playstation 5.

These are graphic errors that are triggered by internal (software / hardware) problems

There's nothing you can do about it.
