Suddenly IP and DNS changed?

I play on my Playstation with a powerline adapter and have to manually enter the IP, subnet mask and DNS into the network. I've been gone for 2 weeks now and suddenly I see that the Internet is no longer working nearly as well. With cmd on the computer I saw that the DNS and the IP were completely different than 2 weeks before. Now I have serious problems getting into the Internet on the Playstation and when I'm inside it is very strong. Is that normal? What can I do against it?

You can set the changed settings as they were or not?
