How do I get out of the Seelengrab at Skyrim?

I did the quest with Serana's mother and talked to the dragon or learned the cry from him. Then I did the quest with the horse and finished.

I started the quest with Jiob but did not finish it, because I find it difficult to cope with the Seelengrab and there are no Questmakers for the leaves of his works. That's why I do not think so.

Now I wanted to leave the portal to get back to Tamriel, but it does not work. Although there's a Questmaker in front of the portal and I have the quest in question, but I can't leave the soul grave. Why is it and how can I get out again?
