Since a few friends have my account on their PS4 and I'm afraid that they will log in, I asked them to remove the user who is linked to my account from their PS4.
But I'm a little scared because I don't want my entire account to be deleted.

No, this is not a Playstation account but generally a SOny account which you have to delete externally
What's even easier:
You simply change the password from your account! Then you have to re-enter the password before you can play on your account! But you will have no idea what the password is 💡
