Need for Speed Heat Ps4 steering wheel is not working?

I wanted to play need for speed heat with my thrustmaster t300 rs steering wheel then i started need for speed and could not even get into the game with the steering wheel how can i fix this?

Try everything off and on again, puff easily into the ports to possibly remove dust. If the problem is not resolved, it's best to watch a tutorial on how to connect it

No, it is only with need for speed heat, this is not the steering wheel goes in the crew 2 top and f1

Then I would call the support or write it may be only a bug.
