Due to the "legacy" of a slightly "outdated" gaming PC from my eldest son, I felt the urge to play racing games, which I had a few years ago on the PS of my sons with steering wheel and pedals, or in XP times with NfS liked to play.
The PC comes with an XBox 360 gamepad, which also works relatively well with the newly purchased "ProjectCars 2" game.
What bothers me, however, is the inadequate steering control via the joysticks, which, unlike the steering wheel, only allow the steering movements to be carried out jerkily and with little precision. It is hardly fun to drive because you can quickly fly off the road, let alone drive an ideal line. Even experimenting with the setting options was not "rewarded" with a significant improvement.
The purchase of a good and stable steering wheel is unfortunately out of the question due to the lack of space at my desk. Is there a third one between these two control components that you can work with? I remember a gamepad on the first PlayStation that had a swivel joint in the middle that made precise steering similar to a steering wheel possible.
I have a question, what settings have you made in pc2 two. The one for the controller or the setting for vehicles. The x-box con works for me. Well
Unfortunately I can only answer with a few characters, please again via a direct comment
I wanted to know whether you are changing the settings for the controller in the game settings or whether you are changing the vehicle setting and the steering before the race.
