My Ps4 has recently broken, it fell with a force on the floor and fell apart completely. Housing is also somewhat damaged. My question is now I can exchange it again because I have had it for 6 months and I generally or every Ps4 user has a 2 year guarantee keeps?
Second question is how do I get my old data on the new Ps4 if I can exchange it? Have no Ps + and had none.
