A game like Gravity Rush or Spider-Man?

I played Gravity Rush 1 + 2 and Spider-Man (PS4) and was absolutely thrilled with both. A living world and a sympathetic hero who experiences varied missions and a cool story with his special powers. Is there something similar again? It is particularly important to me that the world and the missions are not only explored and mastered on foot, but with one's special skills.
