Hey guys it starts today (06.07) the tennocon and you can get special stuff by watching a stream I just do not know how exactly that works then can someone please explain to me how that works and if it makes a difference when you click Console plays because I also play PS4.

No, you only need to be registered on the Twitchdrops, linking your Twitch account to your Warframe account. Then you just have to look 30 minutes straight for the Lotus Emphemera and watch the stream at the Tenno Live Event for 30 minutes for Nekros Prime.
Then you get the "loot".
