Problems with linking Epicgames Accounts?

I have an Epicgames account and a PS4 account. I would like to connect to my Epicgames account with my PS4 account, but if I want to link it says I already have an epicgames account linked to my PS4 account. But I'm pretty sure that I played on PS4 without an epicgames account. What should I do there? Could you send me a link if you can't help me?
