Link your Xbox account to epicgames?

I have the following problem that I can't connect to my epicgames account on my xbox because I accidentally disconnected the connection with the xbox and ticked that a connection to an xbox should not work, I know that it is my fault because I haven't read anything through. What should I do epicgames I've already written there were only stupid answers
