Gta5 suddenly broken?

Hey guys I accidentally deleted gta5 from my ps4 2 days ago and then took the disc out again and had to make an update for the game first (update update or something) and then there was suddenly disc can't be read because it is supposedly scratched or is dirty. CD is neither dirty nor scratched what should I do now? And are my game data possibly deleted?

Yes, many of the games have been deleted accidentally because I had no memory among others fortnite which went well and all game data would still be on it

If you delete a game, your game data will not disappear. They are stored in a different folder.

Uninstall it again and install it again. Interim Restart n.

Otherwise it is up to the CD
