Gta5 Ps3 modder?

I'm currently playing a lot of Gta5 on Ps3 and am regularly confronted with modders. One missed me Lv8000 and gave me $ 126m. Is there still a chance to get banned? Gta5 Ps3 is very old and the focus is definitely on Gta5 on Ps4, I think. And soon Gta6 is coming… I still worry because there's a lot of time and life in the account…

Nothing happens there, Rockstar is no longer interested in the PS3 players.
