My Playstation Pro shows me these pixel errors that are unbearable in the last few days. I tried several HDMI cables as well as several monitors and TVs. Do any of you know what could be broken? Is it the HDMI port or the GPU?
I can't see it so well in the pictures but:
If the pixel errors are always in the same place, it's mostly the screen.
If the pixel errors jump through the whole picture and are always somewhere else and there are strange artifacts in the picture, then it is the graphics card or the gpu
It is best to connect another device like a laptop to the monitor and see if it is still there.
As you said, they jump through the whole picture and always appear somewhere else. Could you fix that?
First, I would dust everything off with cotton pads or just by blowing. Especially the HDMI port and the fans. If the error persists then you can either:
Exchange the Ps4 if you still have a guarantee and the invoice.
Or:
Unscrew the Ps4 once and check all cables whether they still have loose contacts. Unfortunately, I don't know how it looks with the guarantee
