Psn acc banned because of lootboy?

I won about 40 euro psn on lootboy 1 week ago. I completely forgot. On Friday I wanted to activate it but then the code was gone (it was already redeemed) I reported it to lootboy and they wanted to give me the money back but block the other acc (who activated the code) I thought ok, went to my sister and happily told her. She started crying and confessed to me that she activated it. Now your acc will probably be banned. What could be done about it?
