Epic Games: account not verified?

You haven't verified your account. For security reasons, you should verify your email address. And I don't get emails for it? What to do?

I've already linked 1 epic account on the ps4 (my old epic acc). And the old account I want to verify that I can separate the old epic account from the ps4. I have to click on the confirmation email but I don't get any emails.

can it be because both epic accounts are registered with the same email?

If i go to the epic site and want to register without clicking ps4 i get to my old acc with my old name but the same email and i have to verify it but i can't because i don't get any emails

Ah the two accounts are probably one account, it is possible to have different names (one for console, one for pc) on one account. However, it still doesn't get me any further why you can't get the email… So the most obvious would be spam folder, but you probably already looked there anyway. Do you have mails from epic games vllt. Blocked?

Oh didn't see the previous answer. Then I can only imagine that your email provider will delete the message for any reason (maybe because of the link). You could try changing the email to another one from another provider.

From the new one I changed the mail because I still don't get any from the old one
