My cell phone broke, I don't have a "normal" alarm clock and nobody can wake me up. How am I supposed to wake up tomorrow morning? I would still have a PS4, a PC and a TV in the room. Can you use it to set an alarm clock?
You can safely download an alarm clock app on your PC.
If necessary, find out how much sleep you need, I had the same problem and I noticed that if I went to sleep at 6 p.m. That I was fit again at 4:30 p.m., I could live without an alarm clock for a while
