Which graphics card can you compare with that of the Playstation 4?

The graphics card is roughly on par with an ATI7870 or Geforce GTX 670. But you can't really compare that anyway. A console gets more out of its hardware than a PC because it is highly specialized. Still, current PC hardware is far superior to a PS4. But it doesn't do you much good if most developers develop primarily for consoles for cost reasons and then simply port them to the PC. You hardly have any pure PC developments that draw on the full.

The Playstation 4 PRO is on the same level as an RX 580. The raw performance of the normal PS4 is no longer completely in my head
The Pro is more like an RX 470/570 or 1050ti.

They are so close together, that is measurement tolerance. The Playstation 4 Pro gets about as much out of the hardware as the rx580 can do

Yes, it is already relatively old. It's always like this with consoles. The new consoles are also based on the midrange chips of the next GPU's (Navi 22 equivalent).
