How do I format a USB stick with a memory card to FAT32?

I have a computer question here:

I would like to program my USB stick, which contains a micro SD memory card (256 gb) in FAT32, so that it works. And so that the playstation 3 also recognizes this. Unfortunately I can only choose NTFS and EX FAT when formatting. Why is that? And how do I get access to FAT32 with the USB stick?

As far as I know, the PlayStation 3 only recognizes the USB stick if it also has FAT32. If the USB stick should now have NTFS or EX FAT, the Playstation should not be able to recognize that. What about the Playstation 4 and the Playstation 5? Can you just call up FAT32?

I'm surprised that the ps4 still uses FAT32. You just have to remember that fat32 can only capture files with (not quite) a maximum size of 4GB. That is why it will probably no longer work with Windows home remedies, because ExFAT should have replaced FAT32.

Look for tools that can. There's a lot…
