Repair USB stick, how?

I sort of shrunk my USB stick today. I plugged my USB stick into my Wii U, everything is normal. Wii U starts and everything is displayed. Then I plugged in another USB stick while the Wii U was on, suddenly I got an error message and I should restart the Wii U. I have done. The data of the USB stick I had put in first were gone. The other person's data that I had inserted afterwards was still there. When I try to format it does not work. I also tried third-party USB formatters, nothing worked. I even somehow did something in the CMD with diskpart and somehow chkdsk or something. Diskpart recognizes the size of my stick, but when I try it to clean there's "The device is not ready" and if I do that with this chkdsk there's some error message that CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives. Can anyone help me?

At the current prices: treat yourself to a new stick. The old stick is well behind.

That will probably be so, well it's not that bad. The files on the stick were quite unimportant, it was just just games that I can always download from the e-shop again. But why can Diskpart if the USB stick is broken, still show the memory capacity, you know that maybe?
