Rainbow Six Siege Ubisoft Club challenges mistake?

When I'm on the main menu of Rainbow Six Siege on my Ps4, I'm shown that I have completed a Ubisoft Club challenge and I can get a reward. But when I'm on the Ubisoft Club menu, there's no challenge that is still worth a reward.
