I was a former ps4 player and played rainbow six siege. But now I have switched to the pc. I now want to buy rainbow on mmoga. I keep the progress, i.e. View the operator, etc. When I enter the key on my ps4 ubisoft account redeem? Or does that not work and I have to create a new ubisoft account and redeem the key there?

You can also use the old Ubisoft account. Ubi differentiates between all platforms.
Simply redeem it on the old account, it will work.
