PS4 overheating?

Got me a new ps4 slim 2 months ago and can now be normal when I turn on my console and play it will quickly get warm or hot with it, so after three quarters or an hour my console has always stood horizontally on one Closet with about 10 cm distance to the wall, now I've put it in a different way. See the picture below

Who will get a PS4 now?

In the near future it will drop very, very strongly in price…

I'm not particularly familiar with the Ps4, but make sure that the ventilation is not blocked.

No answer to the question but my old one didn't work anymore and got a new one. What is so wild about it now is a gamer with a collection

I actually mean about 10 cm from the wall, but not in a closet. It's much better if you put it up like the picture, you could also lay it down horizontally, not that it accidentally falls down ^^

But in a closet is critical, I wouldn't recommend it. Is getting really warm.

Yes, I had her where she is now lying away from the wall and looked up less than 10 cm but as she is now I let her stand before I have it under my TV in such a black TV cabinet

As far as I know, the side fans suck in the air and the rear one blows them out again. It should be enough from the distance to the wall. Have you ever vacuumed the fans?
