Wlan amplifier with or without lan cable more efficient?

I recently ordered a Wi-Fi amplifier and a 2 meter long LAN cable because I always had bad stuck on my ps4 and only had a Wi-Fi strength of 58 percent because the router is as far as possible from my room. Thanks to the amplifier, my Wi-Fi connection has increased to 100 percent and I don't notice anything while playing, everything runs smoothly. My question is now can I get an even better connection with a LAN cable which I connect from the amplifier to my playstation? Or does that bring nothing? Since the upload and download speeds over LAN cables are worse than over WLAN. I'm amazed that someone has a plan?

An amplifier halves the speed in order to get more range with LAN, although you have a stable connection but it is not worth using the amplifier but directly over the router

If the repeater itself only receives WLAN, it can no longer deliver throughput even via LAN.

It would be different if the repeater is connected to the router via LAN as an access point in bridge mode. Then you have much more throughput via WLAN. That's how I have it!

Thanks for your comment. But you would say that my connection is more stable via LAN cable from the repeater? Or does it make no difference if so the connection is not getting worse? Or let me formulate the question more simply do I have any advantage of the LAN cable over the repeater
