Does heat damage a mechanical keyboard and mouse?

I often take my Ps4, mechanical gaming keyboard (Corsair mk k70 low profile) and my gaming mouse with me when I travel. For this, things have to stay in the car for about 8 hours 1-2 times a week.

Is it going to be permanent damage to things because of the heat, especially now that summer is coming soon? I hardly believe the Ps4, since it runs much hotter during operation. But what about the other things?

PS. The things will not get direct sunlight because they are well packed in the trunk.

The only problem for the devices is temperatures that deform the plastic or soften the adhesive (mouse). The latter can happen far away from a trunk in summer. If the glue has enough opportunity to solidify again before you use the mouse, I don't see any concerns.

Hi

There are silicone keyboards that can take just about anything and you can use them

just roll up. It doesn't cost much either.

But I've already bought cherry kc1000 for 5 euro each.

Maybe you just put your gaming stuff in a cool bag

The ps4 also does not like stagnant heat that it can't remove. Sure ne ps4 gets warm, but only in certain places and in the car in the summer under the blazing sun can it get 50-70 ° C in the car. That almost doesn't like precision engineering.
