I'll make it short: My PS4 sounded like a plane taking off, so I disassembled the PS4 or unscrewed the lid. At the top of the CD compartment there are two arms (as can be seen in the first picture) which always stay together without electricity or always point towards the middle. Tried to display it well xD. But I accidentally came across one of the arms and now they no longer automatically move towards the middle and can move freely. When the PS4 starts, a loud noise comes from the CD compartment, probably the CD roller and I wanted to ask how I can fix this. At least I can even play Warzone and my PS4 stays quiet.
Either something is broken or something is worn somewhere. In order to be able to assess this better and above all for yourself, you will have to remove the part or expose it to the extent that you can look at it from below.
I strongly assume that something is good. Actually wanted to remove the lid from the CD compartment but that was sometimes impossible. The guarantee is gone after cleaning and it would be the stupidest thing to do now.
