Is that a ps4 or a slim?

I have ordered a ps4 from saturn. It also says ps4 500gb… So nothing from slim. But the design looks like a slim one in grafik says slim amd readon based graphic engine and my graphic engine. Is that a ps4 or a ps4 slim?
