Looking for a continent?

Yes the title of the question is very bad geles but therefore I ask this question now. I wanted to ask if it is possible to get a search region other than Europe on the ps4 because in honor, for example, it is only looking for continent and if there are no possible servers to access it, it is looking for it to spread the search to others continents. And I wanted to ask if I could change that in any way because I think there are very few German players compared to French players with whom I just can't speak.

I don't know how it is on the Playstation but is there a server browser? If so then there. But if you are not looking for Europe, not much will come. USA or Asia and there your ping will go very high and the fun will suffer.
