I bought new VR glasses and a game, Wipeout - a racing game. Normally, the glasses should put one in the cockpit, but I only have this "cinema mode" display, so just keep a bigger screen in mind. What do I have to adjust or change, so that I really get the game "IN" with the glasses?
On the internet, I've found tons of tips on how to activate the cinema mode and the ad size in "small, medium and large" change, but I do not want to play VR games in cinema mode (I do not need a VR…).
Hope you know what I mean, hopefully someone knows what my problem is.
Have tried everything with recalibrate, off and on, etc… Always cinema mode. And the game is also specifically a VR game!
Weis what do you mean is the game the 100% VR? Had Gran Turismo Sport, and that had only a VR mode, so you could play VR, but not the whole game.
Have looked at Amazon and found in the description this sentence:
Wipeout Omega Collection is fully playable on PS4 with PlayStation VR (download required).
Did you do this update?
So at least VR-compatible is on it and if you watch videos on YT from the Wipeout gameplay, there you sit in the cockpit and can look around in it, etc.
Oh, now my comment has overlapped with your second answer… Actually, I have not downloaded anything yet, thank you, that will probably have been the solution!
No problem, nice that I could help.
