I've had neck problems lately. I play on the PS4 on a 27 inch monitor. I sit a meter away, my eyes are about 130cm. At the moment the top line is at 110cm because it is said everywhere that you have to look down a bit. But that I gamble with a controller and not do office work, other recommendations certainly apply. On TV they say something else that the eyes should be in the middle of the screen.
Then why don't you adjust it as it is comfortable for you?
I had my monitor up, down, but no position was comfortable. I have an office chair that only fills my back to 3/4 and without a headrest.
And then you wonder that you have neck pain. I would try a new office chair
Do you really think buying a real gaming chair with a headrest would erase my neck problems? Vlt I just look too deep or too high on the monitor.
I would already recommend a new chair because then you can sit better and do not cramp yourself
