My PlayStation is just rip, even though I messed it up, there's a serious error in the system software. Then I'm directed to the safety mode, if I restart in the safety mode I come back to the message with the serious error and everything starts from the beginning. Is there a way that I don't have to reinitialize?

Reinstallation Download the file from Sony, put it on a stick, start in safe mode and perform a reinstallation.
Maybe, but as you wrote it, I assumed a database was defective, no reason to react so badly.
I just assumed that you have already tried this, as this is the first logical step.
