Thorn Heart Quest at Skyrim?

I'm playing Skyrim The Elder Scrolls on PlayStation. The hearts of thorns accumulate in my inventory, since they are quest objects I can't put them down. However, I don't know which quest they belong to… Can someone help me get rid of this ballast?
