Only if the title is explicitly ported to the PS4. Otherwise, of course not.

I think only for a few titles for likely. Ehr will be able to play Ps4 games on Ps5 without any problems.
The problem with the Ps5 games is that they are too expensive for the Ps4 and would hardly run there technically. It would need as a patch, which also adapts the game for Ps4. Would not rule it out completely, but I do not believe in it.
