Would you rather buy PlayStation5 with CD drive or digital?

Hi folks I don't know if you saw the live stream from the ps5 today but I wanted to ask you because there are 2 versions, digital and normal

My question is if I now buy digitally and have some games on it

And my colleague also has the PS5, can I log in there and play my games or is the normal one better?

Definitely digital. You save space, don't need to go to the store and it's even cheaper. Simply enter the digital code and it will be automatically saved to your account 😉

With drive.

Design is not bad, but I hope you can put it down and above all… How loud the hell is the fan? I would have been much more interested, for a quiet horsepower I would also accept a cobblestone look!

Digital is better for the environment (well bissel) and CD is probably cheaper.

You can do the same with the drive. You can also start ps4 games that you have on CD

Why should it be cheaper with a CD? This is almost an extra feature, because you can still buy download games.

It depends on how the storage is regulated. If it was done so loosely with little memory and high GB for games, so that you either have to become a PS + member to outsource the game or change the FP, I would rather get the CD version. I currently have a PS4 but the drive no longer works, so I have to download everything. But think the console will be far too expensive to buy for ordinary people anyway.

Clearly with drive, because (except for additional space) has only advantages.

Backwards compatible, you can buy used games and then sell them again and use digital burned media (such as music CDs, DVDs, Bluerays…).

Games you have on your ps5 (if only digital) are all linked to your account. Log in to the new console with your old account and everything is back. If at some point your account is hacked or something, then bad luck. Then it will be a lot of work to get the games back…

But everything is already the same with the PS4!
